 醫院火警釀9死 賴：加強防災能力

:

【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】台北醫院13日清晨4時病房傳出火警，截止目前為止造成9人死亡，10人重傷、6人輕傷，傷亡人數仍在統計中，但火警原因仍待釐清。行政院長賴清德13日出席活動時表示，他已經要求衛福部成立應變小組，必須妥善安置受影響的病人，未來要加強各大醫院的自主防災能力，以確保不會再發生醫院火警的問題。

新北市新莊區的衛福部臺北醫院，13日凌晨4時在該醫院7樓病房傳出火警，經200多名消防人員搶救後，在1小時內撲滅火勢，已救出災禍病房的30多位病患，並疏散上百名醫護人員及病患，目前9人死亡、10人重傷、6人輕傷，火警原因仍待釐清。

新北市消防局指出，由於安寧病房的病患，原本就需要儀器協助維持生命跡象，發生火警後斷電，導致傷亡慘重，目前分別轉送亞東、市三、新泰、迴龍、北馬、輔大醫院搶救。

消防局在4時36分接獲報案，5時15分控制火勢，5時27分火勢熄滅，7樓收容人數共33名病患，其中14名送醫前已經沒有生命跡象（7男7女）、4名重傷（3男1女）、5名輕傷（1男4女）及1名氣切男子，分別送往部立台北醫院、市立三重醫院、亞東醫院及新泰醫院。

消防局表示，燃燒面積約10坪，他們已出動70多部救護車及各式消防車輛到場，目前火勢已經完全熄滅，起火原因需要調查後才可得知；消防局最近對於醫院的設備、防火管理、危物檢查是在上個月3日，檢查均合格。

賴清德13日出席107年地方公職人員選舉檢警調廉政高層首長選舉查察座談會受訪時表示，新莊台北醫院護理之家發生大火，造成多人傷亡，他代表行政院向病人、家屬以及社會大眾道歉。他已經要求衛福部成立應變小組，因衛福部長陳時中近日出國代表台灣出席APEC相關會議，所以應變小組召集人由次長薛瑞元擔任。他要求，衛福部必須妥善安置受影響的病人，不論是留在醫院本身或是轉往其他醫院治療，所有病人的醫療都不可以中斷。

此外，賴清德也要全院總動員，尋求衛福部或行政院相關部會的協助，儘速恢復醫院的功能，尤其是開刀房、急診及加護病房等救命的單位，一定要迅速恢復。他也特別督促相關部會檢討整個失事原因，避免類似情況再度產生，希望此次教訓能夠作為全國各大醫院的借鏡，加強醫院本身的自主防災能力，萬一有類似情況再次發生，才有辦法將災害影響降至最低。

 敵人就在隊友裡！《英雄聯盟》BBQ從LCK降級 輔助Ignar憤怒開噴

[新頭殼newtalk] 在22日結束的韓國《英雄聯盟》LCK升降賽中，BBQ與MVP兩支LCK戰隊都遭到降級，明年只能從CK聯賽開始打起。今年才剛從歐洲MSF戰隊結束合作回到LCK的輔助選手Ignar顯然非常不能接受這個結果，他昨（29）日發表了一條推特，用英文指稱「敵人就在隊友裡」。雖然該推文很快就被刪除，但已經在許多社群網站引起熱議。

每年夏季賽結束後，韓國《英雄聯盟》LCK的末2名戰隊將要跟CK挑戰者聯賽的頭2名戰隊進行升降賽，決定明年賽季的參賽者資格。在今年的升降賽中，LCK的MVP與BBQ不敵CK的DWG與BtC戰隊雙雙被淘汰。這是升降賽改制成雙淘汰賽後第一次來自LCK的戰隊都被降級。
