Does your device have a raised bezel or a flat front glass screen?

Raised bezel: Screen with a raised frame around the edges.

Flat front glass: Screen with edge-to-edge glass without a raised frame.

 支付寶刷臉領結婚證 江蘇試點

大陸行動支付便利，出門只要一支手機就能搞定，如今連忘記帶證件也不怕。江蘇省政府28日宣布，「江蘇政務」APP與支付寶合作，正式提供電子結婚證服務，為大陸創舉。

大陸的結婚證有多功能，除了能證明婚姻關係外，還能用在購房貸款、房屋拆遷、房產過戶、繼承遺產、財產公證等公務上。不過，許多人在領完證後，不會隨身帶在身上，隨手往家裡一放後，遇到急事要處理時總是找不到。

須領紙本後才能開通

江蘇已經登記結婚的夫妻，現在只要打開支付寶找到江蘇政務，就能在「我的卡包」，以人臉辨識的方式取得電子結婚證。據了解，電子結婚證目前已提供補領婚姻證預約、婚姻登記訊息核驗等服務，預計在未來提供更多功能，例如線上辦理出生證明、遷移戶口、購房貸款等。

不過，電子結婚證僅供個人查詢，不作婚姻登記記錄證明使用。江蘇民政解釋，所謂的「電子婚姻登記證」，是指在省內機關辦理結婚登記或離婚登記，領取紙質結婚證或離婚證後，在江蘇省提供「江蘇政務」小程序2.0版本裡，以數位形式展示的婚姻登記訊息記錄，只提供婚姻相關資料查詢。

用戶只要在「我的卡包」裡經實名認證後，就可查詢婚姻登記記錄，但並不包含在省外婚姻登記，涉外、涉港澳台、涉僑婚姻登記及法院判決調解離婚訊息。

結離婚還得現場辦理

電子結婚證的出現，不意味著可以不用現場領結婚證。江蘇官方表示，江蘇夫妻無論是結婚登記還是離婚登記，都需攜帶相關證件到機關現場辦理，辦理完成後，才可領取電子結婚證，並以電子記錄的形式在手機支付寶中顯示和紙本證書對應的記錄。

至於是否能夠查詢別人的婚姻登記訊息，江蘇官方指出，只有通過人臉辨識實名認證後，才能在支付寶的江蘇政務相關程式中，查詢本人在省內登記的婚姻訊息。

江蘇省民政表示，已在「江蘇民政」微信和「江蘇政務服務」APP、微信號中開通婚姻登記預約、社會組織訊息查詢、養老機構查詢等便民服務，讓廣大民眾用手機上網就能辦理眾多事務。
