 還在吃結石餐？當心發作時痛如腰斬！

長期的腰痛、胃痛，很多人不當一回事，甚至止痛藥一吞忍忍就過去，但是這些疼痛，可能都跟結石有關，TVBS《健康2.0》主持人鄭凱云表示，國內20歲以上，每千人有95人有結石的經驗，千萬不要以為可以跟疼痛和平相處，曾有台商以為沒事，結果最後檢查出來是膽囊癌末期，或是有人最後以洗腎度日，因此平常透過運動和正確飲食，避免發生結石。

 

結石從哪裡來？飲食習慣的不良，被認為是造成結石的主要原因，營養師趙函穎說，不正確的生酮飲食法、長期吃無油的減肥餐、長期吃高量維他命C錠片等，小心導致結石。 

預防結石，首先是多喝水及改變飲食習慣，江守山醫師表示，運動對結石排出是有改善的，打完體外震波，我們都會叮囑病人，要多運動多喝水，幫助結石排出。 另外有一篇研究計畫指出，坐雲霄飛車可以幫助排石的速度。氣功達人李章智老師在節目中示範教導大家，透過簡單動作，可以預防結石。

 改善乾眼防眼病！1分鐘手指動作打通眼睛經絡

【早安健康／張承宇報導】工作時要長時間盯著電腦螢幕，下了班又想繼續看書、滑手機，總是讓你眼睛酸澀、乾燥嗎？日本治療院院長推一招，竟然只要摩擦手指1分鐘，就可能讓眼睛疲勞、乾眼、老花眼問題得到改善！

活化手部經絡、促進血液循環，改善老花、乾眼問題

日本和樂堂治療院院長留目昌明，因為小時候受傷的後遺症，讓左右眼的視力只剩下大約0.1，而且隨著年紀增長，還漸漸地有了老花眼。於是他根據中醫的觀點，設計出一個非常簡單的方法摩擦手指，就讓老花眼、視力下降問題都沒有繼續惡化。而且不是只有手指，全身都可能得到溫潤、血液循環改善。

留目昌明解釋，東洋醫學觀點中，手指上聚集了很多能讓「氣」通過的通道「經絡」，透過摩擦手指，就能使這些經絡得到刺激，進而讓手上通過的大腸經、三焦經、小腸經、肺經、心包經、心經這六條經絡被疏通、活化，使眼睛狀態得到調整。

而留目昌明設計的動作，則是磨擦指間，來讓經絡得到刺激。他進一步說明，平時生活中的動作大多會同時使用多支手指，這使得手指側面幾乎得不到刺激。因此，透過摩擦手指側面，可以讓平常難以刺激到的部位也被刺激到，讓刺激經絡的效果更好。

日本二本松眼科醫院醫師平松類也表示，很多人認為眼淚都是水分，其實裡面混合著眼皮旁的瞼板腺所分泌的油脂，可以幫助眼淚不容易被蒸發。但如果眼睛周圍血液循環不良，使眼皮受寒，油脂的分泌會可能減少，而容易讓眼淚變得容易蒸發，造成眼睛痛、看東西困難、頭痛等問題。因此，如果能夠改善血液循環，就可能促進瞼板腺分泌油脂，改善眼睛不適。

不只是眼睛疲勞乾澀，留目昌明也指出，白內障、青光眼等眼部重大疾病，往往也是因為氣以及血液流動阻滯，使眼部狀況不良所導致。而透過摩擦手指，讓「氣」的流動變好、血液循環得到改善，就可能提升眼部機能，預防多種眼疾。

除了眼部疾病以外，留目昌明的患者中，也有人做了以後，因為血液循環變好的緣故，也改善了肩膀僵硬酸痛問題。另外，留目昌明也認為這個動作能活化、刺激腦部，做完以後思緒會更加清爽、集中。

1分鐘改善眼睛疲勞、老花、乾眼，還能預防白內障、青光眼

1. 左右手指交疊，讓左右手手指的側面互相摩擦。
2. 一次做1分鐘即可，一天做幾次都沒關係，沒有特別限制。
