Step 1: Determine your screen type
Does your device have a raised bezel or a flat fr熱銷ont glass screen?

 選舉併公投 高市：兩階段分開投不混亂

:

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄1日電）年底公投併大選，不同以往選舉的是增加公投，高雄市政府秘書長兼選舉委員會主任委員趙建喬今天表示，採「兩階段」投票不會有投票混亂的情形。

趙建喬上午在市議會答詢民進黨市議員陳明澤時指出，多少件公投案尚未公告，不過高雄市會採兩階段投票方式，分開選舉及公投。

趙建喬說，行使選舉權的公民於投票後再領公投票，至於行使公投的民眾因為不選舉，可以逕行公投。他說，市府有充分準備，大選併公投不會有混亂的情形。

陳明澤指出，除了大選併公投的複雜性會拖長開票時間，已讓有意參與選務的人員為之卻步，他要求市府慎行並取得更寬闊的選務空間，才能免於大選、公投混亂。

陳明澤質疑有參選人廣告看板與學歷登載不符，趙建喬說，一切依法律處理。高雄市民政局長、前選委會主委張乃千表示，如有廣告不實可向選委會提出，最嚴厲會被以當選無效處理。（編輯：翁翠萍）1071001

 支氣管擴張症易併發肺炎及咳血

:

支氣管擴張症是指支氣管壁肌層彈力層受破壞，以致支氣管異常永久性擴張。執業胸腔內科醫師黃建文昨日表示，病人通常表現出慢性咳嗽、有膿痰，咳嗽總是不易治好，膿痰可見黃綠色痰液，容易併發肺炎、咳血，病情嚴重時體重減輕、呼吸困難，及早治療有助避免病情惡化。

黃醫師指出，診斷上，一般都是以胸部Ｘ光做為初步篩檢方式，從正常輕微的浸潤，到囊狀變化及蜂巢狀變化都有可能性，若是進一步診斷檢查，可以使用胸部電腦斷層攝影檢查。不過，民眾若要提早防範，臨床經驗上，有幾項疾病必須重視，因為經常伴隨支氣管擴張症發生。

黃醫師舉例指出，比如過敏性鼻炎或鼻竇炎引起鼻涕倒流、胃食道胃酸逆流、呼吸道過度敏感或有氣喘病等，只要民眾罹患有這些疾病或出現症狀，就應進行檢查是否併發支氣管擴張症，以便及早預防或早期發現、早期治療。

治療方面，處理呼吸道首重清除痰液，主要是靠物理治療，包括姿勢引流、胸部扣擊、哈氣、自發性引流等，最後輔佐藥物治療，包括支氣管擴張劑、超音波噴霧器、抗發炎藥物及化痰藥物等，另一方面是感染控制，視病情給予抗生素。
