有網友昨（30）日在臉書上分享一段影片，抱怨鄰居在凌晨1點帶女友回家「按摩」太吵了，更酸：「女友很辛苦…叫得好慘」，沒想到影片一出就引起網友熱議，直說：「以後看到美環會有陰影。」

 

一名網友在臉書社團《爆怨公社》PO出一段影片，原PO站在自家住宅的公共走廊上，從頭到尾都對著同一扇門拍，但背景音超豐富，影片中可以明顯聽見一名女性不停地發出「嗯」、「啊」、「喔」、「齁」的聲音，「殺豬般」的叫聲就連該房傳出的超大聲音樂都蓋不過。

 敬老愛心卡抵扣計程車資？

:

台中市議會定期會由社會局長呂建德進行「敬老愛心卡增加用途後財源收入、支出金額及配套制度」專案報告。呂建德表示，市府釋放大利多，關係全市老人福利的敬老愛心卡，決定要擴大使用範圍，包括持卡人能在全市衛生所、全市十九家急救責任醫院折抵就診部分負擔、掛號等費用以及搭乘計程車。

但議員劉士州認為，市府既然能夠讓老人抵繳部分醫療掛號費，建議不如讓持卡人抵繳老人健保費，彌補之前林佳龍市長廢掉的補助老人健保費用，這樣才能讓市民開心；李麗華議員也問呂建德，如果持卡人領到一千塊的愛心卡，坐計程車費二百塊可以直接從這張卡扣掉不必再掏腰包付錢嗎？呂局長一時語塞說，計程車由交通局負責。

交通局長王義川說，持卡人要搭計程車折抵的前題，是要叫對計程車行，持卡人須搭對有跟市府簽約合作的計程車行才能使用愛心卡抵費，李麗華追問，那麼全市有幾家車行跟市府合作？王義川說，目前有二家車行簽約，李麗華（見圖）回批︰「那麼阿公、阿媽等到死也等不到一部計程車搭啊？」

包括謝明源、陳淑華、張芬郁、邱素貞議員等人也希望建立敬老愛心卡整合平台，加速簽約率，並做好各項前置作業，如期上路，讓政策發揮最大效益。

對此，衛生局代理局長陳南松說，自7月16日起愛心卡可到全市30間衛生所看診折抵部分負擔及掛號費，目前也廣邀全市所有診所與19家責任醫院加入，目前已有許多診所有意加入，正請悠遊卡、一卡通公司依契約陸續裝機中，預計9月起陸續加入服務。

交通局長王義川也說，市府與台北作法一樣，與計程車隊簽約，民眾可以在家叫車搭乘，預計9月上路。
